CLP Challenge #45

Hello!
We've already left February behind us, and March is here :) Actually, in two weeks I turn 31... ;)
Well, but on this first day of March, we're presenting a new sketch to play with on the CLP Challenge Blog. Yay, I loooove Chelsea's sketches SO much - I think I never so far had to do any flipping, rotating or other things to her sketch. Because her sketches are so delicate and inspiring!! ;)
But you're always free to do some small changes to the sketches, as long as we're still able to see that you've been using the sketch on your card :)
This month the sketch is for FUN - we don't have any sponsors so you're able to make as many projects as you want, based on the sketch. And we'll pick Top 3's when the challenge is ended :)
Here are some pics of my card:

Carry A Hope...

Hello there
The last week's happenings in Oslo and on Utøya, has made big scars to all of the people in little Norway. And I know that many of you bloggers all around the world, are affected by the terrible killing of young people with the best of their lifes in front of them.
I haven't been able to create anything since the tragic evening of July 22nd. I've got a few DT cards to finish up, but at this moment I'm not sure if I can manage to do that. I have to find some inspiration somewhere first....
But I've made one card - a card that's a little different from the other cards I'm making. I just had to use this beautiful sentiment stamp, I found those words so beautiful, and they gave a little solace to the sadness inside me. It says something like "Learn from yesterday, live for today, carry a hope for the day of tomorrow"

This card goes to the following challenges:
* Vintageudfordring - Use at least 3 punches/dies on your vintageproject
* Simon Says Stamp and Show - Anything Goes
* By The Cute and Girly Challenge - Things with Wings
* Scrappekammeret - Only One DP (I really hope it's okay that I used both sides of the dp...)
* Kort O Mania - Anything Goes

Supplies:
Size: 6" x 6"
Stamp: North Star Stamps
Papers: Inkido Forever Turquoise Bird
Ink: Distress Ink Walnut Stain, Archival Ink Coffee
Others: Martha Stewart punches - Doily lace and Royal Butterfly. Spellbinder die - Label four. Halfpearls from Kort og Godt. Roses and rosebuds. Fluttering traces are handwritten with Designer Gallery shiny pen. Distress Ink Walnut Stain on all edges.

And to all of my blogger friends:
Remember to take care of yourself and your truly loved ones!!!

Hugs,
