Birthday card

Håper dere alle har hatt en herlig 17.mai. Her har vi storkoset oss i 22,5 pluss og sol - skikkelig shortsevær idag, så det var hardt å ha festdrakten på!! He he...
Jeg har et par kjappe poster i dag. Først har jeg laget et bursdagskort til ei niese av meg som fyller år i morgen. Det er laget til ukens utfordring hos Karen's Doodles UK, der man skulle følge en skisse.

Congratulations to all Norwegians (and all of you who knows any Norwegians or anyone who knows a Norwegian... lol) Today we've been celebrating Norway's National Day. It's a big day, especially for the kids - and we've had a great day in 22,5 degrees and sunshine. (It's NOT typical to have such warmth in North of Norway in May!!) I think it was a little too warm in my national costume... *lol*
I have two short posts today. The first one is a card for my niece, who turns 6 years tomorrow. I've made it for this weeks at Karen's Doodles UK, where we should follow their sketch.
Here's some pictures:

I've used the Karen's Doodles image Bigsby Balloon, and colored with my watercolor pencils. The birthday designpapers are from Nille - it's a double sided glittered paper that I've used both for the background and the striped border. I've cut the image and the circle with Spellbinder dies. And I've used gems in the corner and handwritten the text in the other corner. It says "Renathe 6 years" but because of the glitter and the light it's hard to read it on this picture.... :)

Bigsby really looks in mood for a party ;)
